With over 30 years of experience as a national and international educator, she has founded over 20+ schools and mentored over 100 schools across India, the Middle East, and South Asia. Madam Farzana Dohadwala is one of India’s top 50 educationists and a changemaker who has pioneered new ways to education. She is the founding member of South Asia IB Schools Association that she started in the year 1992. She is on the boards of the Early Childhood Association and the Association of Primary Education and Research. A founding member of the Association of ICSE Schools in Maharashtra (AISM) and a member of the FICCI Alliance of Re-imaging School Education (ARISE), Madam Farzana Dohadwala is a firm believer in Plutarch’s philosophy, which states that “The mind is not a vessel to be filled but a fire to be ignited”.
Mr. Jasmeet Chhabra is a thought leader in the K-12 Education Infrastructure (edu-infra) investments in India. As Co-Founder of Cerestra Ventures he conceptualized the Edu-Infra strategy and has successfully raised & deployed USD 150 million in two investment verticals of Cerestra. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India. He also possesses significant experience in deal making, fund raising, third party portfolio management and special situations. Mr. Jasmeet holds over 18 years’ experience in real estate private equity with two India focused funds having an aggregate of USD 2 billion under management. He was a key member responsible for growing IndiaREIT, a real estate private equity fund, from scratch to USD 900 million. He is an esteemed member of various industry forums in RE and regularly contributes in media through articles and blogs. He is a member of Industry Governing Council at RICS School of Built Environment.
As Managing Director at Crimson Education, Mr. Jasmeet heads all new Fund-raising initiatives and manages and develops relationships with Investors and Promoters.
Mr. Husien Dohadwalla has been associated with schools for more than 16 years in capacity of Academic Head / Pedagogical Leader for middle, secondary and high schools. He has established and managed over 10 schools not only in India but also overseas (Belgium).
He has been spearheading the design and launch of various new initiatives from Business Forums, Master Class Series of Talks, TEDx Youth Events, Career Counselling Program, 21st Century Skills Program to name a few.
He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta, is a Certified Public Accountant (Delaware, USA) and has also completed his Bachelor of Education degree from University of Mumbai.
Since 2013, he has also been working with the IB Organisation as a School Visit Team Leader, Workshop Leader and Consultant to help new schools in the Asia Pacific region become IB World schools.

Our students are not just listeners of the teaching- learning process, rather they are the participants of the entire process by involving, exploring, interpreting and arriving to the concepts by actively communicating with their views.
Culmination Activity takes place after every two months as a reflection of how students get involved in the entire learning processes. When we put students at the heart of everything, everyone enjoys learning as a part of daily routine.
The school has come with LSP (Learning Support Programme) in which, for the students who are having learning issues like retention, reading Speaking, writing and Numerical skills; shall get time with specific teachers in order to improve their levels of learning on allotted periods.
In order to mould the students behaviour and habits, CWS has introduced Grooming Curriculum and also planning to incorporate Pastoral Care Programme from grade 7th to 12th . This is basically to ensure physical and emotional wellbeing of the students. Since some students have been addicted to Video games, it is important to have such programmes at schools in order to bring even cyber security under school’s curriculum. For different grades, we will be having certain sessions and programmes like Relationships in adolescence stage, Life Skills, time management, risk taking behaviour, resilience etc.
Now, CWS has been authorised as one of the centres for Cambridge English where our teachers, under the mentoring and the training of authorised team of Cambridge English will teach certified courses. The Cambridge English Qualification is an excellent way of laying down a strong foundation for developing advanced English Communication skills among the students.
